SCG’s Loyalty Experience SCG has worked with its clients in evaluating and enhancing their loyalty systems, and in improving marketplace adoption. These efforts have been focused on maximizing flexibility to achieve actionable results. We’ve also worked on defining business rules, creating RFIs for next generation systems and establishing a process to evaluate vendors of loyalty products. Here’s one example of our experience in this area: - Utilizing our core process for capturing business intelligence, we assisted a large payment network in defining business rules for its current loyalty platform.
- We then defined an RFI (a Request for Information) for a next-generation loyalty platform, and developed metrics by which potential suppliers could be evaluated
- Finally, we completed an independent evaluation of major loyalty vendors and provided recommendations to go forward with the project
