- Assisted a major payment network in developing a detailed specification for patient payment capabilities in support of the national healthcare paper reduction initiative and led some of the initial electronic payment initiatives.
- Assisted a major healthcare company in detailing a strategic plan for moving its hospital systems into solutions for electronic claims and payment areas in their healthcare system.
- Co-designed an innovative payment/information system to reduce costs in the medical supply chain for a leading healthcare product manufacturer. The potential impact to the U.S. healthcare supply chain is cost savings in the hundreds of millions of dollars.
- Participated in numerous national healthcare groups such as WEDI, the Smart Card Forum and both the insurance and finance subcommittees within ASC ANSI X12.
